HDS Systems was selling the Action Light in January 1999, which was fully regulated and ran off a single cell. That is 2 years before Arc Flashlight even existed.

"First to market Hard Anodized LED Flashlight"

HDS Systems was selling the Action Light in January 1999, which came in your choice of hard anodized (black color) or a rainbow of other colors if you did not need hard anodize. That is 2 years before Arc Flashlight even existed.

The Action Light is a flashlight in every sense - Webster: "a small battery-operated portable electric light."

It does NOT belong in Cheers & Jeers. This is an ARC issue. This is the ARC forum. Would any of you have had any issues with this "evidence" if it had been submitted by someone other than HDS? I doubt it.

Anyway... Both ARC and HDS agreed before HDS became an active member of CPF that any discussions like this would take place in this forum for Peter to do with as he wished... as he is the moderator of this forum. CPF will take no stand in this issue... in this forum. Outside this forum, threads will be closed.

FWIW... I do agree that this should be taking place Underground... but I will not force that issue... as long as it remains within the confines of this forum here on CPF.

Yes, but wouldn't it be better if issues like this are just kept between HDS and Arc?
This was a complete non-professional way to force an issue. If anything it makes HDS look like a complete fool.
