It is an ARC LSH which was modded with a MCR reflector.
It is exactly LSH-ST 316
So the light is "open" and one also can also easily exchange the led
The light comes with the rare 2 AA cell tube:

Sexy Emitter swaps were extremely popular for these. You could make a real monster if you ran 2x 14500's in it. Although due to the small size you wouldnt wanna run it for long periods of time due to heat.
