Mut, good to hear the new arc4 rev2 packs are working great!!! Maybe this is the begining of good things to come.

Good reports on rev2 fixed switches are starting to trickle in. This is wonderful news indeed.

Hey peter my switch only works with a piece of metal i cut behind the battery harder and better than tinfoil but if you could send a replacement pack that would be Awsome.i hate having to rig things i use tekcell batteries.Thnks in advanced oh yeah let me give you my order number so you can get my address and stuff.order flashlight-7631 from Arc Flashlight LLC. tracking number was 655230947302. I've sent my Arc4+rev2 on Wednesday April 28 Th From France. Peter received it and returned it to me on monday May 3th, I received it today /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
No problem at all, no battery rattle, no light flickering /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/bowdown.gif Very quick /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif
I've just use your washer, Mut, to use a Jon RC123A rechargeable battery, and it work nice, thank to you too /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

GeforceFX, I would prefer it if you emailed us with such information. We will send you a new pack but I do not know if it will work with the flashlight head you have. If it doesn't, please then send the entire unit back so we can fix it properly.

No peter i have the same head its an added rubber grip that slides over the front of the arc you know the black rubber antiroll thing for maglites? i think you know what im talking about i use tekcell oh yeah and thanks again this is what i call customer service like no other. Your great. can wait to get a AAA from you when they are available . THanks in advanced

It was nice to talk with Merri yesterday afternoon. I went for the repair option, and was quite surprised to have it appear at my door today. Excellent service!

The switch does work much better than before. It is reliable with all 3 battery brands. The switch makes a barely perceptible "thud" or muffled click. Actuation pressure is down to around 4#.

I'll give it a good workout. Many thanks!
