Are Energizer 3Vs weaker than Duracell?

I'm sure your motives are pure, but your information is out-dated, Sir.

These are manufactured in a facility in New York, and if you actually check, I believe you'll find there is no connection w/ Panasonic, either:

I'd never even heard of Ultralife before recently. LoL, reminds me of those old Pace Picante commercials.. NEW YORK CITY?? Hahaha

I know soshine makes them. The problem is is they are a 2s battery. So fully charged they're 8.4v. An alkaline is 6s so would be around 7.2-8 V or so under load. Not sure how that would work out

there are energizer 9v lithiums, non rechargeable, they have 3x cr2 cells inside, but they are like 10 bucks each if not more.

What does 2s and 6s measure? I'm not familiar with those terms.
