These are manufactured in a facility in New York, and if you actually check, I believe you'll find there is no connection w/ Panasonic, either:

Sounds weird. What are they for? The only lithium 9V I have are primaries and in smoke alarms and stun guns.

I know soshine makes them. The problem is is they are a 2s battery. So fully charged they're 8.4v. An alkaline is 6s so would be around 7.2-8 V or so under load. Not sure how that would work out

there are energizer 9v lithiums, non rechargeable, they have 3x cr2 cells inside, but they are like 10 bucks each if not more.

Series. So 2s is two cells is series. 4.2vx2=8.4v
1.5vx6=9v (more like 7.2V under load)
