Are strobe modes usually regulated?

So I have this driver...

It has the option to add a 4th 7135 to the board.

However, I use this exclusively in the "police strobe" mode as a bike tail light. Will adding the 4th 7135 do anything, or are the strobe modes usually direct drive?

It will up the current from 1050mA to 1400mA, but I highly doubt you'll notice a significant difference in the brightness of the strobe mode.

I think they are, but if they arent, it flashes too fast for you to notice unless its like a 100mA to 20mA drop.....
