Are there any bigger foaminsert/pelican case combos than the 1020?

I currently own a 1010 and two 1020's, all three of them with the 15 or 24 CR123 foam inserts respectively. But I've still got a whole bunch of loose new CR123's that I'd like to keep in somewhat secure semi-permanent storage. Rather than buy 3 or 4 more 1020's w/foam battery inserts, is there something else you'd suggest, like a bigger Pelican case for example that still has provisions for individual cells? I'd rather not have to mess with the pick-n-pluck stuff and just drop in a ready-made insert, for say 10x20 (200) cells, or even an 8x6 (48) would be sufficient if I bought two of them. Any ideas? I also have 6 Keep2Go tubes with 3 cells each stocked up.

Or if you've got a different method altogether then I'd be glad to hear that too.

It sounds like you like the cases that hold CR123's individually in foam. Take a look at BatteryStation's Otter 3000 Spare Battery Carrier. It holds 32 CR123's individually in foam like the Pelican 1010 and 1020 cases with 123 foam cut outs. It is the largest case that holds CR123's individually that I know of.

Go here and scroll down to the Otter 3000 Spare Battery Carrier with foam for 32 CR123's.

I have a Pelican 1010 case with foam cutout for 15 CR123's. As much as I like it, I have come to find that two boxes of the new boxed 12 Surefire CR123's fit perfectly in a Pelican 1010 case side by side. This configuration gives you the most CR123's in the smallest form factor.
