Are these 2 Jetbeams worth it for the price?

Saw these 2 at BestOfferBuy.com. Someone here mentioned the Jet I Pro IBS wasn't the current version but the pics and specs indicate it is. Also lowest price with free shipping. $58.70

Second light is the C-LE. Probably the 1.2 version as it is a twisty not a clickie so definitely not a 2.0. $25.90

Should I hit them both?
