Has anyone else ruined the o-ring on the tailcap?

I managed to tear mine when I went to replace the batteries....

Are there any stores that carry various o-rings that I could check out? I already tried napa with no luck

I also contacted eliteled but they said they've been having trouble getting a hold of Nuwai to get some replacement o-rings.

Mine is still perfectly fine, although it has exactly one annoying problem: the rim of the head, the part that sits around the emitter had a sharp edge which has actually scratched the sides of the emitter

Luckily the focus feature is useless anyway, but still...
