i am working on an optiimal 'self imposed fine' should i not get all nanos shipped by 31 dec 06.. i haven't figured out what that will be but it will be some substantial penalty that will help out cpf or nano buyers or both. I've already added some substantial upgrades to the nano support plan which basically means long after any other warranty of any custom light on cpf is gone, nano owners can send back a nano for a free overhaul any time... and as long as i can keep it in the budget that will include replacement batteries.
