Battery and charger Q please

OK, I like to run a Surefire U2 and a Fenix P3D (not the Q5 version) on primary cells.

I am fed up of UK retailers asking for £6 a pop and I want to buy 20 or 50 pcs but which one for an LED please.

I seem to have gathered that there are 1300 and 1550 ma options but will the 1550 have trouble running these two LED units or not?

I also need a set of 12 C cell rechargables and also need a quick charger to go with it.

Anyone got any recomendations please.

I've had excellent results with the Panasonics..
http://www.batteryjunction.com/crba.html I don't know about shipping batteries overseas....but they have a good selection of different types. All work decent...the Pan and Sanyo are probably the best quality...slightly higher capacity-1500 mah vs 1300 mah for the $1.oo batteries.
