risky_p,
Thanks for sharing those cool beamshots:twothumbs. The TK1 has no chance against those Mags. Do you have estimate runtimes to compare for those lights?

I'm building a Mag623, Mag1185, and have completed a Mag P7. I may have my lights together by the end of the week and like you, will show off my beamshots then!

Thanks for sharing!!!!

That was a beautiful garden before you turned it into a scorched desert with that Mag623! Very nice pics.

@uluapoundr:
Mag P7 battery draws: H/M/L = 2.8A/1A/0.5A
Penta Cree Q5 battery draws L5/L4/L3/L2/L1 = 3.2A/1.42A/0.67A/0.31A/0.06A
Mag623 runtime is less then 10 minutes i think.

Penta cree measured using slightly discharged battery pack so the figures are higher than when the battery is full.

Estimated runtime using the above values:
Mag P7 running at High around 1 hour, Low around 4 hours
Penta Cree at Max(L5) is less then one hour, Low(L1) probably around 40 hours :)

@DM51: Thanks, my favourites are always the "Sisters" that trees are just like twins and almost have the same growth-curves :) Amazing dont you think?

I guess what this test shows is that if you need less than 10mins of runtime then the Mag623 is the way to go!:crackup:

Yes and also ALOT of heat :) you cant barely use 623 more than 1 minute at a time. The head will get hot real quick, . :devil:
