well after weeks of reading and reviewing ive decide to purchase a jetbeam m1x along with a eagletac t20c2. ive always used disposable batteries but want to move on to rechargables. what would be the best battery and charger combo? id like to have a spare set of batteries for each light. 2 extra 18650 for the jetbeam and 1 extra for the eagletac. once charged, how long will the battery hold its charge outside of the light? what are some good ways to carry spare batteries with you?
thanks again guys.

for those of you that have a m1x.... how do you carry it. holster or lanyard of some sort?? just curious.

Most people would recommend the pila charger and AW cells, but if you're on a budget then i'd recommend a yoho-122 charger ($15shipped) and a pair of blue trustfire 2500 ($10shipped) or black trustfire 2400 ($10shipped)

whats the differance between trustfire 2500 and trustfire 2400?? (besides 100)

The 2400 Mah and 2500 Mah cells are about the same performance-wise, although some tests put one slightly above the other (their performance should be about the same for your purposes).

If you can afford spending $50 for a PILA IBC then you should definitely get it. It is very well made, and terminates the charge properly.

ok great. ill get the pila ibc.. so the higher the number the better the performance?? i.e. 2400 mah 2500 mah ive also seen 2600 mah. would these be fine for the two lights mentioned above??

They should all be fine, and it's my guess that they will probably perform similarly; or at least close enough that you won't be able to tell the difference.
