Dealextreme and Kaidomain have lots of stuff cheap, but take a fairly long time to deliver.

+1 DealExtreme. There is a long wait for shipping though, but for the prices, it can't be beat.

Lighthound (lighthound.com) and Bright Guy (brightguy.com) both stock a huge variety of flashlights. Fenix-store.com carries the complete Fenix line, while OpticsHQ carries the complete Surefire line. I'm sure people will chime in with other respected dealers, but hopefully this gives you a start.
