best performing battery for D10 R2

hi, I know this Q probably been asked a million times over.......buuuut, ill ask any ways what is the best performing batt for the D10 R2 i would assume the 14500 liion if so whats the highest mah i can get and what charger.....will just any work? i searched the forums a lil and didint find what i was looking 4

Energizer Lithium ("Ultimate"/"e2"/L91) will give you the most runtime, 14500 will give you the most output.
