Well I've been using Ares for p2p and bittorrent over a year now, and while it works great for downloading a few things bother me. The upload bandwidth limiter doesn't function properly, as when I set it to 1kbps max upload I still see users with 10+ kbps. Also, you cannot disable uploading, so I have to go and manually block each attempted upload.
Are there any programs out there with better upload regulation while still supporting both bittorrent as well as p2p searches and transfers?
