I don't have much to add.. your guide seemed really comprehensive!

oh btw... just a snippit: the nichia 365 nM 2W LED costs upwards of 75$

i like it
the only things i would add would be

make your chart a full spectrum one by adding the uv wavelength and maybe even the IR on the top (just to make it easier for people to see where they fit in)

add a section at the bottom for colors, paints, markers, etc.. that will change or only be seen in uv light (like highlighters will glow bright yellow or somthing like that) and links to your products that react to it maybe even some pictures of the products under the black-light
