Break In Charge Of 850mAh Cells On Maha C-9000 - 800 or 900?

I would like to perform a break-in charge on my Maha C-9000 of some 850mAh AAA cells. The C-9000 has settings in break-in mode which go up by hundreds. Which would be better, using the 800 setting or the 900 setting?

Since the true capacity is usually less than what is claimed on the label, I would go with the 800 setting.
