Brightest 1 AA Flashlight Using Alkaline, Lithium Primary Cells ???

As title what is the brightest 1 AA flashlight using Alkaline, Lithium Primary cells, Not rechargeable cells.
I am assuming L1DCE.

L1D CE is surely rather bright when using L91 lithium primaries. Not so much with alkalines. Let's not forget that its head is designed to work up to some 4 V and consequently it is not at its best at very low voltages.
