i think you must be thinking of LumensFactory (already mentioned by mark@lumensfactory above)...
just keep in mind that the Lumen rating of an LF lamp is bulb lumen's, and appears to be on FRESH cells... so you can't compare it to Surefire numbers directly at all.. Surefire seems to rate on torch lumen's at some average point through the run of the cells..... The best way to compare output is to look at power consumption.. their HO-6 rated at 160 lumens uses 1.4amp... The surefire P60 uses about 1.15amp... so the LF lamp would be about 20% brighter than the P60..(rated 65 lumens)... Or you could say that the LF HO-6 is about 80 Surefire Lumens...
regardless of how they are rated, they are awsom lamps with beautiful beams and very white output. For the price: highly recomended
