Bulk Ultrabright LED suppliers?

Hi everyone,

I'm installing LED lights in my car, and I need to find a bulk supplier of good, ultra-bright green LEDs, on the upwards of 20 Cd. I need 1000 total, but I'll probably buy more like 1,100 just in case of any trouble with some of them.

I've looked at Ledshoppe.com and Marktech Optoelectronics. It seems like Marktech Optoelectronics has the best value for an ultrabright green LED in their clearance items, but I'm a relative newbie with these things so I have no idea what suppliers have good LEDs.

Any help and/or links are greatly appreciated.

Remind me to avoid you near any intersections. You can't have bright green lights on your car by the way in most jurisdictions. It is dangerous.

Virtually any semiconductor distributor sells LEDs in volume.

24003. No vehicle shall be equipped with any lamp or illuminating device not required or permitted in this code, nor shall any lamp or illuminating device be mounted inside a vehicle unless specifically permitted by this code. This section does not apply to:
(a) Interior lamps such as door, brake and instrument lamps, and map, dash, and dome lamps designed and used for the purpose of illuminating the interior of the vehicle.
