Can a SL TL-3 w/ 2x17500 AW prot. handle bi-pin wa01274 bulb?
Bi-Pin WA 01274: 7.2v 2.77a @ spec (553 b-lumens)

The bulb would be a little too big. Here is a 1499 vs an 1185 (same size as the 1274). Also the 2C limit on 17500 would be 2.2 amps.

bore to fit a pair of 18500s and you are safe on the power side...as far as fitting that bulb in there... good luck!

I don't know if there's enough metal there to allow boring to fit 18500s. TL3s are pretty thin as it is.

Fivemega has made 18500 and 18650 battery tubes for the TL3, and has some 22 watt bulbs available. Awesome stuff.
