Can I use THIS to charge my unprotected 18650 cells?

Can I use this charger:

...to simultaneously charge up to three unprotected Sanyo LiOn18650 cells?

Can't answer that question, but for the money you'd probably be better served by something like the Turnigy Accucel-6.
EDIT: Tom's post reminded me that I forgot to mention that the Turnigy Accucel-6 is a balancing charger.

Welcome to CPF.

The charger you linked to will work, but it does not appear to have balancing capabilities. This means that you could run into problems when charging cells in series.

If you only charge 1 cell at a time, it will work fine.

I also have an Eflight 2-cell balanced LiPo charger... the output is rated at 0.5A. I take it that would work as well for 2 cells. I've been looking around at the various chargers, wondering if I wanted to spend another huge chunk of money for the Pila... it never occurred to me that I had several already.

This is my first foray into high-powered lights... I'm waiting for the NeoFab LegionII, bought a bunch of 18650 cells from another member on this forum. The charger was the last bit...
