I'd like to give a LiFe-powered light to a friend, and I'd like to give her something like a Nano charger, only for LiFe instead of LiIon.
Does such a thing exist?
Thanks.

the $8 charger i got from dealextreme can be switched from 3.6V to 3V. I dont suggest this to be a perfect solution, but certainly cheap.

Aren't those meant for diode-regulated LiIon cells? Last I heard, those terminate at 4.4V when set to charge 3V cells.

I think it's a 3.8V termination when set to 3.0V for LiFeP04 cells... but I wouldn't trust anything, I would look for a little cradle charger that is being sold WITH LiFeP04 cells from a place like BatteryJuntion and then just buy that specific charger separately.

I already have a RC charger that can charge LiFe cells, but I was thinking of handing a LiFe powered flashlight to a friend, and of course I can't tell her to buy a €100 charger for a €2 battery in a €10 light.

Battery space or battery junction. SHipping probably is more than the charger.
My copy/paste function just went crazy...I was going to give you the link!

Shouldn't be more than $10 or so, or if you need to get cells along with it, ~$25 should get you a 4 pack of LiFeP04 RCR123s and a compatible charger all in a kit from one of these battery type places shipped. (batteryjunction, batteryspace, all-battery)
