Chronic Flashaholicism

Well, I guess I have lapsed into the dreaded illness level of a chronic flashaholic!

Yesterday, I read an old CPF thread that detailed the little micro flashlights like the Wee and Nano. I was so intrigued by this concept that I rushed out last evening to Academy just before closing and got a couple of Streamlight Nano's. One for my keychain and one for my neck! Yes, the little black mouse light is now adorning my medalert chain. I guess this means that when I go for my next checkup I will have to tell my internist that I have severe flashlightitis and see what he prescribes as treatment.

I am hoping he will say "buy two Wolfeye's and call me in the morning".

As far as the little Nano, it's the brightest thing for it's size I have ever seen! Now when I wake up for my third pee, I won't have any problem navigating my way to the porcelain room.:candle:

Ya know I don't know if this little gem is shower proof. It says "waterproof" on the package, but could that just be sales hype? I took a shower with it today so time will tell I guess.

I don't think Nano is suitable to be worn like that, your sweat will erode it. What you need is this! :naughty:

I am in awe of the little TiFli.:twothumbs I am going to see how the Nano holds up for a couple of weeks but will probably eventually get a TiFli. I like the polished recessed 3 "deep ringed" model! Very nice work Chip!:bow:

I just thought of something for us senior cits. It would really be great if Chip could make a "med alert" model with the med alert symbol and the illness ingraved on the side of the TiFli. (ex. Diabetic,Alergies,etc.)

PS. Diamler, ape men don't have sweat glands.
