Cigarette Lighter/Power Point led light

While looking for a place to put a Glo-Toob in our car for some ambient light I discovered that it would fit in the cigarette lighter/power point after being wrapped in a couple of layers of electrical tape. This works just perfect for adding the ambient light. The downside is that it is still battery powered.

My question is. Has anyone seen an led cigarette lighter/power point plug in light that would give ambient light similar to the Glo-Toob.

Close but not quite there. Reviews of the one at Battery Junction say that these have a narrow beam. What I am using the Glo-Toob for is to light up the cupholder area of the dashboard. The cigarette lighter happens to be in the right place to place the light.

I like the one by LED Lenser, no link for it, on iphone sorry.
But am sure you will be able to find it.
I think it's more of a floody beam.

I think the idea is that these particular lights give off a red "glow" while the light is charging in the lighter socket. I have one in my car and I like the ambient light. It may not be what you're looking for but it's nice. Kind of looks like a lighted piece of hard candy!
