circuit board thicknesses?

I need a boost circuit less than 5mm. How thick is the BadBoy?
If more than 5mm does anyone know of a driver with 3V input and ~1.5W output?

Most of the drivers (0.55" boards) have a 3mm or smaller height inductor. That would be the tallest component. 3mm + 1.6mm for the PCB is 4.6mm approximately as the total height +/- tolerances.
