Has anyone seen this one yet? This light has a lever dimmer switch. It would even be easy to use with gloves. It seems to work quit well. Has some pretty good throw on high. I think it's a heck of a good idea. I would like better if they used a three or four AA battery case. Making it waterproof would help also.

It was reviewed in the 9/2007 issue of Wired magazine. The ripped it to piecies. There seems to be an issue with the dimmer switch.

I tested one at a ****'s Sporting Goods. The dimmer switch didn't seem to have much range and didn't go low enough. The packaging had a demo capability.

Guess I got lucky. The dimmer worked flawless. Had some pretty nice throw too. It's about time manufacturers did something besides cycling for brightness control. I liked the light quite well. I just feel like aa cells would be much better for what I use my headlights for.
