I was at Mills Fleet Farm yesterday and saw this new Coleman WideBeam2 2AA light. I was initially going to pass it up, but then I saw on the package that it uses a Cree XLamp® XR-C emitter. Up until then, I don't have a light with a Cree in it, so I decided to get it. It's alot nicer than the original WideBeam. It has a tailcap clicky, runs on 2 AAs and according to the package, provides 60 lumens. It's beam is pretty interesting. Here's a beamshot.
The lens is pretty interesting, kind of a fesnel/facet hybrid. Here's the webpage:

The only problem is that it takes a little of persuasion to actually get it to turn on. Nonetheless, I still like it.
