Hey Everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows of any colored drop-ins for the minimag. I searched around, and found some stuff on Diamond/Terra-lux colored drop-ins for the MM, but can't find anyone that actually sells them. Also found EverLED stuff, but it's not for the Minimag--only larger lights. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!

Wow. Can't believe I didn't find all of those. Thanks guys! Any idea how the brightness is on those drop-ins compared to the original MM? I'd hope to pick up a little output. Thanks again!

If you're asking about the upgrades versus filters, there's no contest.

Filters dim an already compromised output on the minimag. If you need really dim, go for an IQ tailcap.

Thanks! Yea, I could actually use a little more output. So I guess the conversion is the best idea (esp. compared to a filter). Anyone know which of these is the brightest? Or how they are as far as runtime? Thanks again.

Nite-Ize makes 3-LED drop-ins for Mini-Mags. Available in a variety of colors.

(The White drop-ins are even available with a small tailcap switch).

Designed for maximum run-time, the LEDs are not very bright. But considering how quickly a standard bulb dims, the LEDs work well.

Sold at a variety of places, try Target and a ****'s Sporting Goods store.

Thanks everyone--I'm leaning towards the TLE-5 type Lux I drop ins, as they look like they'd be a bit brighter than the Niteize. Let me know if anyone has any experiance with them. Thanks again for all your help!
