Will the conditioning hobby chargers make much differance in batterys that are usually mostly run down in flashlights before recharging? I'm shure with new batterys conditioning will bring them up to capacity sooner. The AA ni-mh batterys that run my flashlights get run down before charging simular to what a conditioning charger does. There are some very nice hobby chargers out there I'd like to have that can be set up to do just what you set it up to do. Nice but in the end you have a charged up battery just like I would with a plain old $29 box.
