I have something like this
http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.10852

im trying to drive 2 different types of LEDs one blue and one white.

the blue is rated at about 4V
and the white is rated at 3.5v

should i start with the blue and then the white?
positive - blue - blue - white - white - negative
doesnt matter?

i was thinking about the voltage. like once it goes through the white LEDs everything after that is 3.5v.

That's a constant current driver, so both LEDs are going to get the same current (700 mA) whichever order you connect them in. In this case, the LED voltage is not important as the driver will take care of it. You do have to be sure the LEDs are OK with the current though. Big powerful LEDs will be OK, but small low power ones may die in a puff of smoke.
