constant on barbolight t04??

I have a barbolight t04. I was wondering how to put it in constant on? the manual is entirely in spanish.

I did some translation on the manual. So this is what I attempted to put it in constant on. I press the boot switch and twist it clockwise , nothing happen. It would not go on constant on.. just momentarily on..

please help..
