Cr123 3V micro usb rechargeable?

I've noticed there is now rechargeable lion cr123 that are 3V with micro usb charging built in I'm assuming there all rewraps does anyone know who the manufacturer is?

EBL is probably trash. The overall length seems to be off compared to CR123.
