There are actually a few. The most well known are Mac's mini-mini HID, which uses 3 CR123s, and his slightly larger mini HID, which uses 4 CR123s. Jil-Lite makes one of the smallest HIDs, the EZ-Nite, while Wolf-Eyes makes the Boxer, which is one of the few "mass-produced" CR123-based HIDs.
Not sure why anyone would make a HID light that uses CR123's anymore. HID's in the 10-15W are practically obsolete because of LED technology. And any higher wattage HID's are probably going to make use of 18650's that have a much higher energy density.
