WF, Titanium and Battery Station brands are available for reasonable price, low or nil shipping to UK.

Any others ?

I wish to purchase the "best" performer at around 1A current.

I've been very happy with the Panasonic CR123s. Got them for about $1.50 each USD.

I've had nothing but positive experiences from either Titanium or Battery Station CR123a cells. The decision to purchase one or the other, for me, is solely based upon what which dealer I need to place a light/parts order with next.
