I went through a CR2 phase and there are some interesting lights even in this, as you've noted, more limited market. The Titan is probably the premiere light but it is quite large for a CR2 based light and quite honestly the only reason to go with a CR2 format over a 123 light which has more capacity is for small size so I don't see the point.
The CR2 Ion is a cool light and there are times I regret selling mine but the beam is pure flood and while useful, is not very well balanced. Given the same construction but a reflector the Aeon seems like a much better choice.
The Jil lights are very small and very well made, I'm not wild about the current models which are I believe direct drive single mode lights - if you want that I'd go for a Peak Pacific which will be less expensive, customizable in terms of output, body style, body material, and regulated (plus you can always buy the AA and 2xAAA bodies if you want more flexibility and runtime).
And I think the LF4 is quite underrated - you get a 2 mode light twisty similar to the Aeon but you can program the two levels, and a third level is easily accessible. The interface can be intimidating but the point is to program it once and use it as a two stage twisty.
