Got mine today! Everything fits & works fine! :thumbsup: Taking out the original o-ring was a bit difficult but worth it because with the new one turning is so much smoother & easier.

As for the copper-brass spacer, I'm assuming the brass ring side should be facing up right, Luxbright?

Glad you like it. Yes, you are correct. The brass washer side is meant for the negative contact of the battery.

My upgrade kit arrived today. This is just a perfect upgrade for the CR2 ION. The difficulty in turning the light on and off was just about my only complaint about the CR2 ION. I already solved the battery rattle problem with a piece of index card and the battery length problem with a tiny magnet. However, it is much nicer to have such a well composed set of upgrade components.

My wonderful light just became even better. Now I'm gonna have to buy another one. :naughty:
