Got mine today. I kinda chewed up the foam putting on the smaller o-ring. The spacer thingy works great for the RCR-2s.

Hi Planterz, what you need to do is to place and grip one side of the o-ring on the groove and with your other hand just pull the o-ring over the foam and thread. Not too difficult it done correctly.

I'll blame the fact that I've got a broken left hand. Had a hard time pulling the o-ring open far enough.
