Creating a new account?

Hey guys, I've searched and FAQ'd and don't see this anywhere.

I want to place an order with the Shoppe and I tried creating a new account but at the bottom there's a blank spot that says

Type Security Code Here: * Internal error has occurred.

and I don't see any "Done" button. I assume it's a Captcha of some sort that's not loading correctly.

I can checkout without creating an account, but I'd like to be able to reference my order and place other orders in the future.

Is this a known thing?
