CREE R2s?

Hi, I'm wondering if someone knows where various bins of CREE R2s might be obtained. I'm aware of Cutter, but they usually only have 0 to 2 bins of R2s at a time. I'm surprised that this LED is still fairly unobtainium this far after release.
Has anyone had any luck ordering CREEs in small quantities from Arrow?
