The best multi-stage thrower is:

Carbon Fiber 2C 5761

It's an incandescent, and is much more powerful than the multi-stage LED lights in this thread. In fact, it's more powerful than any of the LED Mags in this thread. It's got soft-start, to protect the bulb, and 3 levels of output, as well as a flash mode.
