can you give me a little more info on the 2D/3C P4 3-stage light what are the run times and the light output.

Sorry Brandt...I have no idea of either. If you find the datasheet on the SSC P4, you can figure out the lumen output of the emitter running on ~3.6V. Reduce that by the effects of the different resistors providing the stages.

Runtime, of course, will be all over the place. It depends on the capacity of the cells you use and how much time you spend in the various stages of brightness.
