Here's another custom ti light I just finished up for another CPF'er. It's a 1x123A body with McClickie tail cap and head for the 19McR-XR reflector.

I was curious & by some assuring feedback of a few people I tried cutting some onthe 8x14. Did some turning & boring on some 1" stock, it cut very nicely! Haven't tried threading it yet though.

I'll send you a piece if you want to try playing with it.

Ahh boring and turning is the easy part....drilling is a whole different ball game :) Everytime I turn Ti I feel bad for the inserts......they scream Help Help!
