Deal Extreme 14413 P7 drop-in

Can anyone tell me if this product from dealextreme is a straight drop-in for a 3d Maglite? I've searched but only found a couple of peripheral references to it.
If not, what sort of mods would be required? Seems like an easy (ok, cheap) way to go for a first time effort. It appears that it would physically fit but not sure how it would connect with the bulb socket.
Sorry if my question is somehow silly or naive but, as you might have guessed, I'm new at this.:shrug:

based on the comment from DX, it is not a straight drop in and will require some work to fit and ensure good heat sinking.

You'd have to bore out the head and cut away the plastic switch / bulb holder then sort out some electrical contacts.

It can be done but its certainly not a drop in mod sort of job.

Thanks for the replies. I was just hoping for that painless first project to get the hang of things. Oh well, I guess its back to the drawing board.
