This light originally had a 2.4v nicad and a 120 volt plug and charging curcuit. Lots of green death inside. Took it apart cleaned it up. Soldered a lead to the negative of a 26650 A123 battery. Cut out the charging circuit board for battery room. Filed down what was left. Soldered in a spring for the positive. The original switch is a simple plastic on copper. Works great. Soldered the negative wire to the negative bulb terminal. Used a 3-12v led bulb. Screwed it all back together. Looks stock and works 10 times better.
