So I made a purchase on Deal extreme on the 17th and Ive been waiting for it to ship.The web site says that its in stock and ready to ship and has said so since I ordered it. I've tried a couple times to use their miserable support service to no avail. Is this typical of DX? I went there because many of you rave about their lights. Can someone with prior knowledge inform me about these guys?
