I am new here so I am sorry if this has been discussed before. Stumbled on this www site with some interesting details about the various Luxeon LEDs.

Lumileds is actually the manufacture of Luxeon LEDs. The new new years ball is going to be insteresting to see. Also this could be the reason why the RB90 and RB100 are unavailable for the time being because they are all being used by the new ball. Luxeon LEDs are fairly nice, but if you are looking for lots of output Seoul Semiconductor LEDs and Cree LEDs are worth looking at too.
