I do think I just did! That sucker's been bugging me while I've been sitting here trying to read so I picked up a P1D 180 lumen and pointed it at him and he just dropped out of the air. I kept the light on him there on the ground and stepped on him :poof:

Fenix needs to update the specs to reflect this additional mode. Strobe, SOS, and Bug Zapper

Same thing happeend to me the other day. I saw a fly on the chair. I farted and he fell dead!

I'm going to try that next time. I was trying to trap a fly in a container which was pretty impossible, it moved out of the way each time. Hopefully the light can blind it enough next time that I can actually catch it.

Intriguing; I don't have flies yet in Sydney to try :P

I'm sure this is not animal cruelty :P

Are you implying that Australia has no flies?

Change your gun laws and I'm coming!

Buy MAG623. In summer enjoy as mosquitoes fly towards the light and commit mass suicide.

I hope somebody from PETA is not reading this post!!!:nana::huh:

ROTFL!

can't wait to try it next time - I was chasing a few around like a mad man on the weekend.

If my 47s Q123 doesn't do it on max / strobe, then I'll try using my M2XC4!!

if aussieland (as i affectionately call it) had no flies......they wouldnt have invented this

haha well its still winter right now, so not much flies around YET.

We'll stay clear regarding the gun laws.
You enjoy your daily whatever, we enjoy our daily Dairy Farmer's milk

Didn't know you could harvest enough milk from a kangaroo to make an industry off of it... :nana:

I still recall PETA's policy of killing stray cats. Killed a few that weren't strays, turned out to be pets.

Doesn't seem like Ethical Treatment of Animals to me.

Wonder if that means I'm a monster for feeding the strays at my job-site?

I've never seen a bug just fall out of the air when beamed before. It seems to confuse them a great deal, though.

No, it doesn't work. I tried out three diffrent lights and pointed all three of them at the same on two flying flies.
