Did I just blow the driver?

I just put a Trustfire 3.7V 14500 in my Akoray K-106 it went on for a flash and went off. Now it doesn't work with either the 14500 or an Eneloop.

I've been running a 14500 in my K-106 for months now without a problem, you might have gotten a bad driver that blew when it was hit with high voltage.
