Rob has been very responsive IMHO. He just put extra bikes mounts for the 600L on his web site today based on one of my notes!

thats cool, i would want another bar mount too!
do you know how much another 600L light engine would be?
figured since it comes with 2 batteries...maybe i could get another light engine.

Some companies just don't have their email act together, but Dinotte isn't one of them. At least, I've always gotten very quick replies to my email inquiries to them.
I assume you're using the email address noted on the "Contact" page of their website ([email protected])? Maybe yours is one of the rare emails that slipped through the cracks. It's probably worth sending a followup...
